Joseph Rosen, Esq
President
Mr. Rosen is the president of Prime Receivables Management, LLC. In this role, he oversees all aspects of the organization.
Mr. Rosen is a former partner of a national law firm, which was a premier firm in the field of healthcare collections, and is currently the managing partner of Pollack & Rosen, P.A., one of Florida’s largest collections firms providing comprehensive collection services nationwide.
Mr. Rosen has been practicing for 42 years and represents student loan lenders, health care providers, banking institutions, debt buyers, credit card issuers and major corporations.
Mr. Rosen has achieved an AV rating by Martindale Hubbell. Mr. Rosen graduated from the University of Miami School of Law in 1980 and is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida
Marta Cortina
Authorized Finance & Accounting Representative
Ms. Cortina is a finance and accounting executive with extensive experience in business and strategic financial management spanning a variety of businesses that range from mid-sized organizations to industry leading Fortune 50 companies.
Ms. Cortina’s expertise is her ability to effectively lead multiple critical projects across diverse and challenging environments, adapting to the needs of the organization based upon its rate of growth and pace. She has a proven record of achieving successful financial goals with cost savings and efficiencies, while continuing to effectively oversee and manage the entire operational accounting lifecycle.
In her breadth of experiences across industries both domestic and international, Ms. Cortina successfully demonstrates her ability to analyze the needs of the organization and create viable solutions. Her ability to stay focused on the bottom-line while exercising her strategic skills brings structure to all financial aspects of the organization.
In addition to her experience in accounting, reporting, and auditing, Ms. Cortina also has significant experience with raising capital, financial forecasting, and creating profitable solutions, which bring about both short and long term monetary value.
Ms. Cortina earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Miami, and a Lean Six Sigma – Master Black Belt certificate from Verizon. She also has Top Secret Defense Clearance.
Autumn Bloom
Authorized Compliance Representative
Ms. Bloom spent 24 years with a major debt purchaser and master servicer where she most recently served as Vice President of Operations.
As the VP of Operations, Ms. Bloom oversaw the national consumer call center, internal litigation operations, media operations, client services but was most well-known for developing and leading its national attorney and collection agency networks. Her expertise in the areas of inventory management, performance, compliance, process improvement, project management and team building combined with her keen ability to effectively lead, direct and mobilize employees and service providers has garnered her a reputation of trust, and a profound level of respect from her peers.
Ms. Bloom previously served on the RMAi Standards Committee, and is a Certified Receivables Compliance Professional with two years on the Certification Council as Chairwoman of their Public Relations & Marketing committee, and actively serves on RMAi’s Membership Committee.
In addition to her role as Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer for Prime, Ms. Bloom is also the Sr. Vice President for Pollack & Rosen, P.A. Her expertise is in her ability to limit risk by designing and developing compliance initiatives while still effectively moving the business forward.
Ms. Bloom earned a Master of Science in Executive Leadership and Organizational Change from Northern Kentucky University, a certificate in Project Management and a Six Sigma Black Belt through Xavier University’s Leadership Center.
