Joseph Rosen, Esq – President

Mr. Rosen is the president of Prime Receivables Management, LLC. In this role, he oversees all aspects of the organization.
Mr. Rosen is a former partner of a national law firm, which was a premier firm in the field of healthcare collections, and is currently the managing partner of Pollack & Rosen, P.A., one of Florida’s largest collections firms providing comprehensive collection services nationwide.
Mr. Rosen has been practicing for 42 years and represents student loan lenders, health care providers, banking institutions, debt buyers, credit card issuers and major corporations.
Mr. Rosen has achieved an AV rating by Martindale Hubbell. Mr. Rosen graduated from the University of Miami School of Law in 1980 and is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida
